Great eBay seller, quick communication response, great deal, description, and fast shipping. Ordered 12/14 , picked up at PO 12/18 3:50pm, installed and working fine 4:55 pm. I purchased 1 from Costco in 2017, replaced cracked seat 2020 out of warranty, fixed pin hole leak inside unit 12/2023. (JB weld in and on plastic water inlet fitting). Made in Korea trying to get part from Brondell sent pic & video of part but they want more pics, liability waivers etc. Serial #s 10 apart these 2.

The boots came timely and as described. Just one minor issue with the packaging, there was a giant hole through the bottom of the box and & tag on boot had been removed but didn’t appear to be damaged. The plastic wrapping it came in was perfectly fine. I personally would’ve liked to know about it before purchasing. Regardless they’re super cute, the price was fair, & I would’ve purchased anyway. But, when buying online I don’t like surprises if avoidable. I would buy from this seller again.
