No fiberfill pillow inserts. Comforter & Shams are clean and in good pre-owned condition. Comforter has 3 faded tiny spots on the bottom fabric (not seen when laid on a bed) close to the bottom of the comforter (SEE last picture). Pillow Shams appear like new. Smoke free home.
