As for shipping, I ship same day 4:00pm West Coast time is the cut off on weekdays and 2pm West Coast time on Saturday (Yes I ship Saturday) unless the rare occurrence were I am out of town. When emailing, please give details/photos of what is wrong AND what you want to make it right.
