Very cute bag! I am so happy I went with this one. I absolutely love the material. Arrived brand new, with tags, in a bag, as stated. The price was well worth it. The bag has ample room to put everything you may need to go out for the day, to the doctor's, or anywhere really. The bag came from Amazon, however I would like people to keep in mind that Amazon sellers also sell on eBay. This eBayer did a fantastic job in getting my item to me promptly & without problems. They contacted me before delivery of the item showed updates on item location and refunded me due to some mix up in their warehouse. They must've wrote down the wrong address because after numerous days the tracking did say that the item was delivered via FedEx but never arrived here to my location. I thank them for notifying me early of the mix up. They did apologize, warmly. I'll give them a positive for great customer service.

I ordered this item and i made an error as far as shipping address goes. They denied my cancellation so i could change my shipping address. While it was my mistake for shipping address, it was 30 seconds after i placed the order when i tried to cancel. Should have been an easy fix. Luckily, it was being shipped to my old work address rather than my old address 9 hours away. The item itself was as listed and it shipped quickly.
