Seller responsive to my questions confirming actual shoe size since stock photos were used in the listing & showed a different size. Accepted my offer & shipped immediately. Received item very quickly. Packaged double bagged. Item was new with tags & in excellent condition. Unfortunately the item was a different style from the stock photos in the listing. I was able to initiate return & shipped back item for a full refund. Whole return process was pretty easy. I'd buy from this seller again.

There is no question that the item is as described and I am happy with the buying experience. However, shipping was a bad problem. The item arrived much later than expected due to being taken on a "trip" by UPS, causing the delay in receipt. It seems lately that UPS and FedEx are both lagging in excellence and this is extremely frustrating. Again, no fault of the seller, but I would have paid higher shipping charge (if offered) to get the item sooner.
