Was easily given a refund because the item never arrived. The seller used Amazon shipping. Amazon shipping is mediocre in New York City. I reached out to the seller, they did not communicate with me at all, except to refund. But the refund came easy. Bummer, I really wanted the item. I am giving them a good rating because the seller is honest and legit and i do not want to bring their rating down. wish the seller would have had some conversation with me. Amazon shipping is lame.

The sandals looked different from the photos but it’s not always easy to get the perfect photo. The seller did specify the color but due to vision problems I didn’t see it. Seller graciously offered for the item to be returned and refunded me as soon as it shipped. I would definitely do business with this seller again. Shipping was fast, the packaging was good, and the price was great. I’m sorry it didn’t work out. AAA+++ for great service.

Shipping was fine. Got here when they promised. Packaging was as expected. They said open box, but they were packaged nicely. Still had bubble wrap. Products were as described. Great Value. Frigidaire has great products but their OEM filters are pricey. These are a great alternative. I would have shared feedback sooner but wanted to see how they operated for a couple of weeks. Will do business again.
