Generally positive. On the plus side, the product is delivered as described and in very good packaging. Not happy with the shipping arrangement. It somehow leaves NY without tracking (?), days later is apparently handed-over to a problematic, no-name shipper, named Aqualine, that provides, slow, late delivery. I recommend this vendor, but recommend rethinking the shipping. Just saying.....this could have been shipped via USPS, in an envelope instead of a large box with, far better results.
