For some reason, Apple thinks those of us who have an old DVD movie collection no longer care to see them, thus we do not need a DVD drive in our Mac computers. Thank God these folks fill that need, and they do it excellently. The drive appears brand new; it was safely packed and quickly shipped, the communication was perfect, the price was excellent, and I am delighted. They have my highest recommendation.

Xeon arrived within the delivery time range stated. Packaging was acceptable -item arrived intact and totally functional. Tech questions asked of the seller were fast-answered and informative. The seller sent the item on time, however it was lost/misplaced during delivery. After talking with the seller they shipped a replacement. It arrived as scheduled. Installed and working perfectly. The item came new and sealed in box. The value is well worth it. The appearance was brand new is factory packaging. Well done shipper, excellent customer service. Will keep you for future use.
