Seller was exceptional in every way. Very quick with responses and questions. She took extra care is wrapping each item to help protect the breakables. You can tell the time and effort that was put in because she cared about the items being shipped. The items did have some breaks but she was right on top of making sure we had a resolution. This seller did a phenomenal job packing up the China. I literally watched the delivery driver drop the box of China from waste high to the ground.
