It was an outstanding item listed at in "mint" condition. Unfortunately, due to improper packaging, it arrived damaged. The seller and I came to an agreement on a partial refund and I undertook repair of the item. Shipping costs ($5.99) are rated as one star because, while $5.99 is inexpensive for shipping, in this case the quality of shipping is relative to the cost. The shipping quality was not worth the $5.99. I appreciate the seller working with me on this issue.

I received the incorrect towel, but the seller responded to my contact message within minutes and has offered to replace the item with the correct one or refund my full purchase cost, including shipping. The seller also will pay for return shipping and made it easy for me to return the item I received. No complaint on my part. Hoping the towel I wanted is still available because I already own two and know what high quality they are.

The towels came but there was another set of towels I did not order. They were Martha Stewart towels with bees on them. Also inside the package was a ready made label to a woman in Arizona. I tried contacting you through the contact seller page, but it would not let me type anything. ??? Anyway, I am not sure what to do. If the label has paid postage I could put it on another bag and send her towels to AZ. Let me know.
