Items arrived as described and packaged very safely for the transport across country. Seller combined shipping charges. Also she was very attentive to messages and replies were made very quickly. She worked hard to accommodate an issue with this set that couldn't be located. She made efforts to offer a replacement of similar styles and sent photos. I am very pleased with my substitute.
