This listing is for a lot of 5 rare vintage mid-20th century Japanese tenmoku glazed lotus shaped bowls. The characteristic black, reds, browns and yellow of the tenmoku glazes offer subtle depth to these elegant modernist pieces. Each measures approximately 2.5” high x 5” diameter and weigh approximately 280 grams each. They are gently used with wear consistent with age and use; and are signed on the base.
