Seller was very responsive, helpful, and replied quickly. Answered all my queries and kept me up to date with the progress of the international parcel. When the parcel arrived it was packed well with bubble wrap. I wasn’t aware of the duties charges but it does clearly say this in the description - I hope I don’t have any issues with the item, but everything else was very good. Tracking number didn’t work the whole time, but seller kept me updated so this wasn’t a problem.
