Unfortunately the shipping company was not kind to this package, which could have been packaged with a little more care, and 5 of the 11 pieces were broken. I contacted the seller who was extremely apologetic and immediately refunded the entire amount that I paid for the 11 piece collection. Other than the disappointment of not having those pieces at a great price, dealing with ricosticky12012 was a positive experience.
