Vintage large Japanese CHIP/CRACKER /VEGGIE & DIP server with vibrant flowers. Multi-tiered scallop designs. Excellent condition and clean. Measures 12 7/8ths inches across by 2 inches deep. Weighs 2 pounds 4 ounces. Six separated footrims. JAPAN embossed on the bottom. No cracks or stains. I find one original firing flaw: there are two pencil-tip size raised pits under the glaze in one section (SEE PIC # 5). I find one post-production flaw: one set of the footrims have small shallow nicks (SEE PIC # 8). They have no effect on the dish's stability and it rests even. This lovely and vibrant serving dish is clean, bright and ready for service. Lower 48 States shipping only unless you message for a quote before bidding. OMG, where do I start? The jug was exactly as described, seller kept me updated on shipping times, packaging was outstanding. This was an item that could have easily been damaged by the post office, but it was quadruple wrapped with protective wrapping which ensured it's safe transfer to me. Price of item and shipping costs were very affordable. I highly recommend this seller. Thanks for exceeding my expectations!

The seller was very helpful, and willing to negotiate. They were timely in their responses. The dishes were packaged well. I felt that eBay had attached an excessive amount to the shipping cost though. The dishes were in good shape as described by the seller. Since these are discontinued the value was fair. I would buy from this seller again.
