Absolutely perfect - I sent the seller picture of my broken pen tip and the seller replied rapidly stating that they had a replacement that would fit - not only did it fit perfectly (yay) it was hear much faster than predicted (expected by Thursday 2/20) but it arrived today, Monday 2/17 - very very pleased - and HIGHLY recommend this seller!

Pen arrived safely packaged and in excellent condition (including, apparently, a nice polishing by the seller). My only comment is to appreciate the seller's effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastics in the shipping, and I hope they will continue that effort until they are not using any at all.
