LARGE ANTIQUE WEDGWOOD "DIPPED" WHITE ON BLUE JASPERWARE PITCHER England (3) This early pitcher is decorated with Classic Greek Designs separated by trees in White Bas Relief. Marked "Wedgwood" "England" separated, date 1891–1908. Measures approx. 6 1/4" t all, 7 3/4" wide from handle to spout, 5 7/8" in diameter. In very good used condition, there are some small separation in the applique near where the handle or spout meets the body, typical defect for old dipped pieces. I was looking for this novelty teapot at a reasonable price for a long time- what a great value for a perfect piece! It was packed with an extreme care- though the outer box had damage from the shipping company, her Majesty was quite intact and lovely. I appreciated the use of clean materials surrounding her, and it was more beautiful that described. Great transaction all around- she’s the very classy centerpiece of our British bone china tea shop and will never be sold despite many offers. ♥️
