Delighted to work with this seller, as the item was as stated - brand new, with tags on and in the factory sealed wrapping, as well as Christopher Radko box. The ornament’s box was well wrapped to prevent damage while in transport, and arrived via USPS Priority Mail within days of me placing the order.
