Communication was great with the seller. I was aware the item did not come with a box but was a bit surprised when the bag it came in was opened and taped shut. I contacted the seller about it, and he explained the manufacturer does that to make sure all the packets/pieces are there. I bought this as a Christmas gift, so I can’t say much about the item itself, but because of the seller’s great communication and willingness to help me out, I would buy from them again.

I never received the product that was ordered due to it getting lost in the mail. The seller shipped the item within 2 days. Once the issue arose, I contacted the seller and they stayed in contact with me until we found out the item was lost within the mail system. That part, the seller had no control over. The seller was quick to refund my money. I would do business with them again.

I should have read the details to the post better I noticed that the item did not come in the purchasing box with that being said I did reach out to the seller and they responded back in a timely manner and provided a resolution which initially was for a return. Because of that I have decided to keep the item and am currently rating the seller with perfect Stars thank you.
