The negative review stating that there is a "eBay 30-day cock" is FALSE INFORMATION. The seller sends you additional information regarding your pre-order and NOT "an empty envelope". I unfortunately had to cancel my pre-order due to financial reasons. I received a refund MONTHS AFTER I received the additional information. I am only leaving this review because the seller was extremely transparent and had amazing communication.

Saw a negative review left by another buyer and wanted to share my positive experience that i've had with this seller. As the seller stated, there is no such thing as a "triggering a 30 day eBay clock". I've now received 3 pre-orders from this seller and have had zero issues. Each pre-order came sealed and double boxed exactly as described. The seller always responded to any questions that I had within a timely manner.

I've been selling on eBay for a long time and do not listen to the negative reviews. There is no such thing as a "eBay 30 day clock". Sellers on eBay can refund buyers far beyond 40 business days after delivery. eBay pre-order listings are different than regular eBay listings. Tell me how the negative reviews on this account state "I got a full refund from the seller" and they're still complaining.
