The good seller in India did everything right. The tracking shows that it has been delivered, but the staff at my mailing address could not find it. They are close to the university here and have decades of successful experience dealing with packages to and from abroad. I will bring this issue to my state political party, with a view to asking the national government to look into this unionized government monopoly as a good candidate for reducing the bureaucracy that let this happen.

issue with tracking. USPS showed it delivered on the 12th but it was not. Sent seller a message but didnt respond on saturday. package showed up sunday by prime. no idea how that happened but bottom line i received my order in new condition.
