Keyboard and mouse's (I ordered 3) were clean and individually wrapped in plastic and shipped in a box within another box. At this time, 2 have been hooked up and are operating as expected. Note the listing said these items would have batteries pre-installed. They do not. Hopefully the listing will be corrected so there is no expectation on future purchases.

Package came on time. Packaging was simple but effective, kept the item safe when shipping. Item came clean and neatly wrapped. The item description did say used so when I saw some keycaps more worn than others no biggie. Over all great experience and value, sadly I ordered the wrong model keyboard as it was for a gift.
