EXCELLENT service!! Thank goodness it's EXACTLY as described and in PERFECT condition!! Of course I am a dummy and broke my spouses heirloom her deceased mother gave her, and thankfully I found it (this heart box). It's EXACTLY the same one so I'm thrilled to have found it! The packaging was amazing and it's exactly how it was described, I highly recommend this eBay seller!!
