The item that I ordered was exactly as the photo showed and the seller packed the bottle and ground Pyrex stopper very well.However,the ground glass stopper arrived broken.If needed I can send picture of the of it. The Amber Pyrex Glass Reagent Bottle was not damaged .How can we correct this problem of no good stopper..Please advise me what the seller can do to replace the stopper or adjust the price I paid for it.
