The seller is so excellent! When I came across the item, it was midnight.I had problems with PayPal defaulting my payment which I did not prefer. Even I took time to view my PayPal & eBay a/c but could not find out the problem, this time the same after confirmed and paid. It was already 1 or 2am, I sent an email to the seller, surprise she was still awake & so understanding by holding my item. Next morning PayPal fixed the problem and thanked much for the seller. The item is perfect, love it!!!

Amazing seller, obviously don’t blame the seller for the price of shipping as it’s beyond expensive to ship to Canada but other than that it was such an awesome experience, the packaging was also perfect it’s always a stressful time waiting for glass to arrive in the mail but there was so problems at all! Seller also used recycled materials to keep the item safe!

As described. Seller taped a note to the outside of the packaging and I had great difficulty removing the tape without tearing the outer wrapper. Item is intended as a gift and adding tape was NOT a good idea. However, I was able to remove it, so all is well. Shipping charges were excessive.
