Although the item received was broken, the seller was prompt to refund me. I provided a picture of the broken item to the seller for verification and it was refunded promptly. I think the pasta bowl could have used a bit more packing so that the item was tightly packed in the box. I would buy another one from this seller if they had one. Sad that it broke.
