Seller was really good to work with and negotiated a very fair price. It shipped relatively quickly. Unfortunately it suffered in the shipping despite the double boxing effort… it shifted enough to damage it and it broke. So disappointing as it was a lovely piece. When I informed seller with pictures and description she immediately refunded my payment in full! I am thankful for such gracious integrity… never fear buying from this seller…

Packing was good. Shipping cost were high. This is a very nice jewelry box. There are two spots though, that weren't disclosed in the pictures. Nothing major, but I would've liked to have known.
