The packaging and the shipping were very good. The towels were very plush and lovely. However, these towels were bundled and tied professionally from the manufacturer and when I untied the bundle to look at them, there were snags/tears on two of the towels. There's no way the seller could have known that. This seller immediately went out of their way to help me return them for a refund and answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great communication with this seller! They answered all the questions I had and shipped super quickly and the box was well packaged. I got a deal on an authentic Quince item that I could tell is brand new. They even sent me pictures ahead of time when I questioned the color so I knew what I was getting. Would recommend! The plate is truly beautiful! The seller described it well and photographed it thoroughly. The price was very fair. I am very pleased with it. The seller packed it carefully and shipped it quickly.
