Well,shipping was extremely fast.I've been ordering for quite some time,this has to be a record.It came 5 days early.I did not know this was open box,but that's my fault.I'm very happy with It.Also Its Missing "Rotisserie Rod Prongs" and "Tray Tool" to remove the wire rack.Oh well.Thank You Very Much.

thanks. clear container arrived broken. seller have no protected this item for shipping , he sent it in a plastic envelope. Return item delivery was thru UPS took about more than 2 weeks. i was not happy about this transaction. item were fine.
