This seller knows how to pack a large china platter to best protect it. I am in awe of the packing skills! Seller was very good. The item is exactly as described, and arrived in exactly the same condition, thanks to the great packing. I felt the platter was an excellent value, and far prettier than 'modern' china platters. I was thrilled to find this item, as it matched one that had been broken in my home. Seller was responsive to my questions and requests for more measurements. The price was considerably less than I'd expected. Unfortunately, it was broken in shipment (possibly due to an unnecessary side trip to Florida before being shipped back to my local PO). Seller has been good to work with on the "return." Would definitely buy from again if she has something I'm looking for.
