The seller has a no return policy which I do not agree with as the item I received was not functioning. It was an outdoor clock and was not functioning. The seller was not responsive when I asked about reimbursement and returning the item since it was not working. I had to go thru EBay Customer Service in order to get reimbursed. Shipping and service was satisfactory but on items that are broken/not working the seller needs to be more responsive.

Seller was attentive and communicative. Item Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The item was as advertised- in perfect condition and doesn’t have any weird odors. Packaging looks like it went through the wringer but doesn’t matter because the item was perfect and wrapped in tissue paper on the inside of the box.
