I cannot say enough good things about Bison Commerce's customer service. I had ordered 2 Mandalay Iron Glider chairs. Both arrived promptly and in good condition. However, one of the chairs had a manufacturing defect (no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller (there was no contact info for the manufacturer) and described the problem. BC's customer service team went above and beyond to fix the situation in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to purchase another item from BC.
