When I received the shipping box, it had been torn open, and the item was missing. I contacted the seller who promptly had me initiate a claim with ebay. I had taken pictures of the box, and these were required for the claim. Received a prompt refund. The whole process was easy but having pictures was definitely necessary. The seller was very helpful, and I am so sorry that this happened to her.
