The item came damaged (out of sellers control) it was packaged very carefully but the handling of it was not great which was again nothing seller could do about it, but they were very gracious & patient when I told them of my issue & refunded me 😊😊 I would definitely purchase from them again, they even sent me two little harry potter knick knacks with my item which I appreciated ! very good experience
