The item arrived as described (brand new) and was shipped within the time framed listed. That gets an "A" rating. However, the ONLY thing I didn't like at all was that the item was NOT double-boxed, nor any secure bubble wrapping used (like other merchants I have dealt with) especially when we're talking about collectibles. Instead, it was shipped in it's original box. The cardboard box did have dings and dents in it, but there was no damage to the item itself in any way. That gets a "B-".
