I received my item in new condition as originally stated. I paid the same amount with ToyWiz that I would of paid at the big online retailers - support the small retailers!! When USPS had a little snafu with my package ToyWiz immediately responded to my query & provided great customer service. Finally received the right toy — and my son says, “Thank you, Heaven!!” 🙌 Everything was exactly as described, and it shipped quickly. My son had been hunting for this toy everywhere — it was always sold out or just not carried.
