Strapless sweetheart neckline. Short dress, with flattering peplum. No boning in the bodice, but lightly structured. Back is not too low, so you can wear a standard strapless bra. Bodice, peplum, and decorative flower detail at waist, are a polka dot white on white organza. Skirt is just above knee length (for reference I'm 5'-6") and is slightly tapered, but not as tight as a standard pencil skirt. Zip back.
