The quality and the condition great. The item came new in the package. and the price was fair. The knife appeared to be just what I wanted. However the factory description was inaccurate. This was no fault of the seller. The seller cheerfully refunded my money when I explained the problem I definitely recommend the seller. Klein Tool needs to change the description of the product. The large thumb home cannot be used to open this knife in its current configuration. Not the sellers fault!

excellent item and good price, thank you the post office must drive you sellers crazy, lol, it took the po 23 days to deliver box, took 10 days for it to leave torrance, when it got out of LA it set in jxn ms for several and then it went to memphis, chicago, and atlanta, before returning to jxn, and then it came here, lolol, but was well packed indeed, no problems, thanks again, good luck on future sales,

This seller is dishonest about his shipping times. I waited but noted it was never shipped. I was told that they had 5 days to get around to shipping. And still would maybe ship on the upcoming Monday. He deserves a bad review. But note EBay won’t let you place a bad review for bad communication and false advertising. EBay is part of the problem. I will never go business with this seller.
