Item was slightly damaged before being shipped out. Seller was honest and was ready to give full refund but then offered a very reasonable price if I wanted to attempt to repair the item (this was requested by me) which I accepted. Repair was made, and while not perfect, still allows me to display this item, which my wife absolutely loves. This will be a beautiful Easter item and I was very happy with the transaction and with the seller working with me for a solution we are all happy with. A+
