Item arrived packed securely and in near perfect, pristine condition. The seller showed me photos of the units for sale and described well. This one had virtually no damage or visible wear on the parts. The pulley, tension springs, and rubber feet look virtually brand new, and it came with a cutter wire and a POM handle.
