Clay Art CHILI FIESTA Chip Platter & Dip Bowl 2 Piece Set Hand Painted Platter Measures 17.25" x 13.5" x 2.25" / Bowl 10.25" x 4" x 1.5" Good Condition Platter has no cracks or chips / Platter has some light crazing (see pic #7) Dip bowl has a small chip on the bottom edge that it rests on but it doesn't affect the integrity of the bowl (see pic#4) I don't believe the platter set has been used Not recommended for oven, microwave, or dishwasher use All returns must be in the same condition as they were originally shipped and undamaged. They must include all original parts including manuals, etc... Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Do not return items that are damaged during shipment. A claim will need to be submitted to the carrier and they may need to inspect the item and packing material to make a determination. Please take photos of any damage and packaging material. Highest quality seller! The item was shipped quickly. When it got delayed, the seller took the initiative to figure out why and contacted me immediately (it was the shipping company's fault). The item was as described and a fair price. I can't say enough good about this seller!

Positive experience with seller. Quick shipping. Unfortunately, one of the bowls I ordered was severely cracked. See photo. Could be packing problems on seller's end or USPS handling.
