Seller was amazing! I reached out about needing expedited shipping and she was very accommodating. The boots were packaged with extreme care--each shoe was in it's own plastic sleeve and there was extra padding in the main envelope so that the boots arrived to me in perfect condition! I could not have been more pleased!! Excellent experience--highly recommend!

The item was as described - no issues with the item. I do wish the seller would have reached out to me if they knew it would be 3-4 days before they would ship it. But they did respond the same day when I sent a message asking when it would be shipped.
