This plate was wrongly listed as a 12 inch plate. It was in fact 7 inch plate. I reported it to the seller and I wanted to return it. The seller refunded me 1/2 the money. I accepted, not because I wanted the 7 inch plate, but only because it’s a time savings to not have to repackage and send back the plate. I would have preferred getting the right product as it was listed. Anyways. The seller tried to make me happy. I’m just not happy given my expectation of a 12 inch plate.

The necklace and pendant were just as shown in the listing pictures and arrived in good condition. Shipping took longer than expected but that wasn't the seller's fault. Packaging was fine and I feel I got excellent value for the price compared to other listing. All in all a good interaction and I'd buy from them again.

The tea tile is in excellent condition considering its age. It arrived quickly. The package could have used a bit more packing material. You could hear the tile slide. No damage. I'm happy with the transaction and will buy from again. Seller communication was also excellent.
