The knives arrived on time in an Amazon box with packing to make sure they didn't bounce around. Although the knives were not returnable, they were as described and pictured. I've been looking to replace an old set of Pierre Santini steak knives that I've had for years and thecraftyemptynester sent me a great offer. These were worth the money I paid for them.
