Beautiful item arrived quickly & carefully packaged. There was a flaw of which seller took good photos, so when purchased I was aware that it would probably need repair in the future. Unfortunately, it arrived broken at the weak point. I had bought it knowing it might be an issue. I reached out to the seller, and received a small but fair discount. Sometimes it's not the amount but the willingness to compromise that makes for great customer service. Would buy again w/out hesitation.

I purchased a dress listed as new with tags & no flaws. What appeared to be a fold in the picture was actually a cut in the material. Notified seller and she offered to refund me minus the original shipping cost even though it was outside of the 30 day window, once the dress was received. I asked would she consider refunding the original shipping also and I could pay the return shipping, she reneged on the entire promise.
