Although the dress I received is new with tags, frustrating transaction. Images posted were NOT the actual dress- size 3 tag shown but dress is size 9 (read the descriptions carefully!) Shipping guaranteed within 3 days, seller took 8 days to ship, (I contacted seller multiple times, no response) arrived 5 days after shipping window, too late for the event. I requested a return and they sent a partial refund. Only order from this seller if you have lots of time and read small print carefully.
