The pair of Ken Fashionistas Dolls were so marvelously packed! Each doll was packed in tissue paper, was surrounded by more tissue paper, packed in a custom-fitted box, surrounded by bubble wrap, and was shipped in a plastic mailer. The Ken dolls are in pristine condition, and they are exactly as described. The price and shipping were marvelous. I received a refund on multiple items, too. I am delighted with the very handsome dolls! Thank you so much for such fantastic service!

Doll arrived just as described! Beautiful! And excellent value! There was packing tape that touched the doll's hair and ripped out some hair when opened, so it was not very well packaged in that way, but otherwise it arrived with nothing broken and in excellent shape.
