   Seller went above and beyond to ensure that my package would get here before my snowboarding trip. Unfortunately there was an issue with the barcode and the package was rerouted and finally showed up after 15 days! Definitely would buy from these guys again just next time if you're going to purchase an expensive jacket, maybe package them a little bit better. Packing was ripped upon arrival, however no affects to jacket! Support local shops!

   The item was just as described. Quick delivery (1 month) to Europe. Also a pleasant surprise, that the jacket was tightly rolled and the parcel was as small as possible! The clothing size was slightly larger than that of the previous Ellie jacket, but of course that's due to Roxy, not the seller. Would recommend.
