The shipping took longer than I thought it would (I ordered on May 9th and received it on May 20th), but the seller cannot control that. Regardless, the doll was packaged well and arrived safely! She was as described in the listing. The seller even took the time to brush, detangle, and braid her hair before shipping, which I appreciated. I plan to fix her up and give her to my friend's daughter as a birthday present this summer! This was a great value compared to buying a brand-new $100+ doll.

I don't think you could go wrong with this seller. They were very responsive, honest and supportive. The puppy sculpture was just as adorable as pictured and described. It was packaged with great care, one of the best packaging jobs I've ever seen; however, the shipping carrier still managed to damage it. No worries, they took care of it and I got refunded in full. I'm going to see if it can be repaired. It is still too precious to me! Great seller! Thank you! A+++

Great experience and awesome seller. Product was as described and a great value. They even accepted an offer for my budget (thank you), which I would have understood if they didn't want to accept. Everything was packaged nicely and well taken care of. Shipping would have been great but the post office had some delays for weather so I don't fault the seller, they did their part quickly. I would gladly purchase more items from this shop in the future.
