This is a mystery. My purchase was supposedly delivered by the Post Office, but it wasn't. I submitted a Service Request to the Post Office to locate it. A week later, it arrived ... FROM AMAZON. No explanations were given by anyone, but I have my Ceramic Briquets which was the objective all along.
